WORKOUT OF THE WEEK.

With the health of the world being pushed to the limits and the unusually tough period we have found ourselves in, staying home and sane is my main priority right now!

Understanding there are major obstacles to keeping active and healthy more so than ever at this moment in time, with a few good tools and a creative approach you will be surprised what you can still achieve with your workouts.

Over the last few days I've been asked a lot of questions about home gym set ups and best equipment, so I've decided to post a routine based around those.

There are videos of the exercises so you can see and understand the movement. Program cards so you know details (reps/sets/weights/timings) and to make sure you get the most out of these, ensure you are consistently self assessing form and range. Remembering to adapt the workout to yourself by reps, sets and weight ect.

PUSH WORKOUT

Tip - Break the dips down into manageable chunks but still make sure you perform all the reps.

PULL WORKOUT

Tip - Adjusting the weight on chin ups to suit your strength and make sure you maintain range throughout all reps.

CORE WORKOUT

Tip - These are complex exercises so form is crucial to building a strong core, take a 30 second rest between exercises if it means better quality repetitions.
